As CEO, Paul leads the SEEL team from the front, proactively involved in the strategic development of the company and bringing his invaluable skills and experience to projects within the portfolio and to the SEEL Board.
Paul has a proven track record of delivering business plans and strategies at Executive Board level and has a strong technical and business acumen gained through extensive experience in executive leadership, operations, field development and project management spanning over 25 years in the Oil and Gas and Energy Transition industries.
Paul has previously worked across a wide range of energy businesses encompassing large multinational oil and gas companies, small independents and supply chain consultants including Cabot Energy, Eon E&P, Offshore Design Engineering and Mobil Oil Company.
